2. Trained and learned quality management system (ISO9001, IATF16949);
3. Familiar with and use of five tools (APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP).

1. Complete abnormal follow-up with customers and reply to reports;
2. Responsible for leading abnormal improvement projects and promoting internal continuous improvement;
3, more than 1 year customer service quality engineer experience;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
